APPLYING  BLENDS over PANELING

1) Make sure surface is clean.  
Remove all wax and polish with
appropriate solvent or cleaner

2) Prime with BLENDS BONDING
PRIMER and allow to dry

3) Apply BLENDS BASECOAT

4) Blow on BLENDS DRY COLOR
FLAKES while basecoat is wet

5) When basecoat is dry, brush
off loose flakes and apply BLENDS
TOPCOAT
